Gelato 41 hybrid brings the black purple pearls with an upright stature. Sparkle Ponyee brings the shine. They meet up in between as a quick to size early finishing sativa grower with frosty chunky buds. A subtle floral flavor with gassy scent pops on the tongue with a rich mouthfeel and buzz that is felt as 1 blows out the smoke. Fast in veg, could be flowered in days.

The Cherimoya is already 3/4 Kriz but also has two Humboldt Purps and a Mendocino Purps included. It’s been selected for a tighter flower and earlier finish than the Kriz.
The Dosido brought an even earlier finish with more visible trichomes and tight form and reinforced the anthocyanin expression of the cherimoya as well as the low leaf content to the flowers.
Major Kriz, aka Maui’s Gift, aroma, often being dominated by the terpenes terpinolene and/or limonene, reminding one of Jack Herer or some Hazes.
The Swazi Thai has had quite the effect on Maui’s gene pool and the Kriz has been a work in stabilizing and preserving the character of a specific version to the West Maui Mountains including an Afghan heritage.

The aromatic profile carries a distinct spicy character that lingers in the air, a hallmark often associated with older “sativa” expressions. The effect leans calm, open, and settling rather than overtly stimulating, offering a different interpretation of equatorial influence than modern expectations.

At 40° north it was harvested late November to mid December. This is available in regular seed for people to work with, bringing extreme traits relative to today’s modern day gene pool. Leaves its spicy character in the air (a tell tail sign of real “sativa” and is more relaxing than stimulating.
